I woke up this morning and saw that my Kickstarter Campaign had met 16% of it's total!
I am super excited because that's fantastic for the first day and I'm so grateful. But, I also know that I need to keep up the up the momentum so the campaign is a success. It ends at 8PM (EDT) on July 22nd.
It's a short period of time but I have two reasons for doing that:
I want to embark on the trip July 25th
I don't want to keep annoying people.
You can help me by sharing the link to the campaign so that I can get the stories of some of these amazing women who are in my film, out there. I truly feel that this is a time when we all need a little inspiration and hope and this film Like A Woman, about some of these women who are breaking barriers in male-dominated professions will, do that. Just in the last day I have heard from numerous people who whole heartedly agree with me and so I'm off.
I'll keep you posted from time to time just to let you know the latest, but not too much to irritate you. Most of all, thank you for your encouragement. It means more than you know.
